Can I change my order or address?
Contact support promptly with your order reference and the change you need. We will check whether it is still possible before dispatch. Updating your account details does not change an order already placed.
How do I cancel an order?
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel using our contact details. Include your order reference and the books concerned. You do not need our permission to exercise a statutory cancellation right. See Returns & Refunds for the applicable periods and steps.
When is payment taken?
Card payment is taken when your books are dispatched.
If you have cancelled and a payment has already been taken, contact support with your order reference. Our refund policy explains the next steps.
How do I check delivery progress?
Look up your order with the order reference and checkout email. Tracking is available after dispatch where the delivery service supports it. Contact us if your parcel is late or missing.
How do I place an order?
Place your order through this website. Our support team can help with a question before you order. Please do not send payment-card details by email or through the contact form.
Where do you deliver and what currency do you use?
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Check the final total at checkout.
