Payment methods and timing

Use the credit or debit card option shown at checkout. Check your order total before submitting your details.

Card payment is taken when your books are dispatched.

A contract is formed when payment is received for the books you order, normally at dispatch. We confirm acceptance in the shipment email. An acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Your basket shows the item prices and quantities for your order. Check the final total before confirming payment.

Payment questions

What if my card payment fails?

Check the details entered and any verification requested by your card provider. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, check your order status before trying again. Contact support if you need help; never send full card details.
